Pasta stuffed with meat



Ingredients
½ bottle of large tubular pasta
2 cups of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of wild thyme
Salt and pepper
Filler:

2 cups of chopped beef
½ cup of the onion section
2 garlic cloves, chopped
5 tablespoons of tomato paste
2 cups of water
Pinch of cinnamon
Salt and black pepper

How to prepare
In a large saucepan, put the beef until it dries, add one cup of water and cook until the meat absorbs water, add onion, salt, pepper and cinnamon, stir until softens. Add tomato paste and the remaining water, boil the mixture for 20 minutes.
Bring salted water and cook the pasta half cooked then drain well.
put tomato sauce with salt and pepper, add the wild thyme. Then pour a little to cover the base of a baking tray.
Stuff pasta with a mixture of beef, stacked in a circular baking tray.
Pours more of tomato sauce on the face.
Pasta bake in the oven until cooked.
