Small roast carrots



Ingredients
20 tablets of small carrots
3 tablespoons of good olive oil
1 ¼ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced

How to prepare
The oven is heated to a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.
Stir carrots in a bowl with olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Mixture is transferred to a baking tray in the form of a single layer and roasted in the oven for 20 minutes until reddens and softens.

Quantity enough: from 6 to 8 members
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
