zucchini and potatoes gratin



Ingredients
75 g of butter, plus more for the face
3 beads of zucchini, sliced ​​¼ inch thick

2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 cup of cream
¾ cup fresh breadcrumbs

How to prepare
