Pistachio cake



Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 ¼ cup of canola oil
6 eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 ½ cup ground pistachios
1 ½ cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 ½ tablespoons of baking powder
Oil and flour, the baking tray lining

The upper layer:
Melted chocolate

How to prepare
Mix all ingredients together.
Lined baking tray with oil and flour.
Pour the mixture into the baking tray.
Mixture is baked in an oven at 170 ° C for 30 minutes.
