Roast beef skewers



Ingredients
½ cup of extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons of the mixture of herbs (thyme Barre, rosemary, basil)
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
900 g of beef

How to prepare
Mix olive oil, garlic, herbs, pepper and beef in a plastic bag or a glass jar, cooling the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Barbecue pan placed on the fire from medium to high heat.
Lift the meat from the marinade and season with salt.
Instilled 4 pieces of meat on each skewer and grilled for 3 to 4 minutes on each side for medium maturity.
Surveillance skewers on a large platter and serve.
