Marinara sauce recipe


Ingredients
• 5 cloves of garlic
• salt and fresh ground black pepper
• ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil Extra + 2 tbsp additional
• 1 large onion diced
• 3 fruits of carrots, peeled and cut into cubes
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 cup of fresh basil leaves
• 2 tablespoon of fresh oregano leaves
• 1 package (weighing 800 grams) of tomato puree

Preparation
1. Heat oven until it reaches a temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Peel garlic cloves then placed in aluminum sheets and sprinkle over the salt and pepper and 2 tablespoons of olive oil

9. Add tomatoes to the mixture and then fill the empty bottle with water and add to the pot
10. Leave the mixture on the fire to boil, then reduce the temperature of the fire
11. Leave the mixture over low heat standing hours with no cover the pot and stirring from time to time
