Patties with cheese and parsley



Ingredients
10 pieces of white toast
⅓ cup of white cheese
⅓ cup of the mozzarella cheese, grated
2 tablespoons of parsley, clip
Cream cheese, for paint
1 egg, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
Oil, for reddening

How to prepare
Spread toast to a thin layer and cut into circles.
The two types of cheese mixed with parsley.
Stuff each piece of cheese mixture, and a semi-circle, and presses the edges precious cheese.
Dip each piece in egg, then in breadcrumbs.
fry in the prolific oil to hot golden color.
