Easy Mozzarella fingers



Ingredients
1 ½ cup dried breadcrumbs
⅓ 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt, to taste
2 mozzarella cheese mold (weighing 450 g), cut into 4 ½-sized buses sticks
4 large eggs, beaten
1 ½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup of Marina sauce 

How to prepare
Stir breadcrumbs and one cup of the Parmesan cheese and one teaspoon of salt in a medium bowl until mixture is combined.
Cheese dip in the egg until completely encases the excess and leave the eggs to fall into the pot. Encases cheese mixture breadcrumbs with the pressure to adhere completely enveloping.
Cheese sticks placed in the baking tray. Repeat the process and put cheese sticks in the egg and breadcrumbs until the mixture thicken for the second time.
Sticks wrapped and placed in the freezer for about two hours until frozen.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Working in batches, cheese blush for approximately one minute on the side until golden brown in color. Transferred to reddish cheese dishes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and served with a Marina sauce .
