Grilled shrimp skewers



Ingredients
½ pound large shrimp, peeled and cleaned without a tail 
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon parsley, clip
Canola oil, BBQ
1 pill of lemon, cut into cloves for submission
5 bamboo skewers, soaked in water

How to prepare
Mix garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper in a medium bowl, then marinate the shrimp in the mixture for 10 minutes.
Heat the grill or grill pan over medium heat to high heat.
Instills in shrimp skewers from two points, through the neck and tail.
Grease the sides of the grill with paper towels canola oil.
Placed shrimp skewers on the grill and covered, for about two minutes on each side.
Shrimp skewers are placed in a dish, served with lemon clove in the side.
