Lemon Potato Salad


Ingredients
• 1,3 kg of medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cut into 4 quarters
• 1 cup of frozen green peas
• ¾ cup of red onion cut into thin pieces
• 2 tbsp of fresh celery clip
• 2 tbsp of fresh onion leaves and clip
• 1 cup of mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• salt and fresh ground black pepper

Preparation
1. Fills much of seawater and cool then add the potatoes
2. Leaves much to medium heat for about 20 minutes until potatoes are cooked
3. In the meantime placed a refinery in as potatoes during boiling and add the green peas for 45 seconds
4. Drain the potatoes from the water and then placed in a large bowl and set aside a little to cool, then add the onion, celery and red leaves, onion, mayonnaise and peas
5. Sprinkle over the lemon juice mixture and stir salad gently
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste
