Grilled corn salad


Ingredients
• 2 cups corn
• 2 tbsp of olive oil + additional quantity of fat
• 2 fruit tomatoes, seeded and diced
• ¼ cup of red onion cut into small cubes
• 1 cup sleeve green leaves
• 1 cup of fresh parsley leaves
• acid fruit juice
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper newly

How to prepare
