Chicken Gratin



Ingredients
1 medium onion, minced
2 chicken breast cut into small slices
1 large potato boiled half boiled and diced
Sliced ​​mushrooms
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil

Sauce ingredients:
2 tbsp flour (flour)
2 tbsp butter
2 cups fresh cream or liquid milk
Workshop nutmeg
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste

How to prepare
Heat oven over medium temperature around 140 degrees Celsius
Add the olive oil to the pan, then add the onion and fry for a minute
Add the chicken slices with salt and black pepper and cook until golden almost
Add the sliced ​​mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes

How to prepare the sauce:
Melt the butter in a frying pan 
Add the flour (wheat flour), black pepper, salt and nutmeg and stir for about two minutes
Slowly added fresh cream with constant whisking until the mixture becomes smooth
Move the sauce to boil
Add the cheddar cheese and beat again until the mixture becomes a smooth sauce
Leave again for a few minutes until a homogeneous strong
Put chicken mixture, mushrooms and potatoes in baking dish
Add the sauce over the mixture, then add cheddar cheese on the face
Bake for about 40-35 minutes or until golden.
