Kofta balls



Ingredients
3 cups of beef, minced
1 egg, slightly beaten
⅓ cup of dried breadcrumbs
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup of milk
¼ cup onion, cut into small pieces
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper

How to prepare
Mix eggs, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, onion, garlic, salt and black pepper in a large bowl.
Add the beef to the mixture of breadcrumbs and well mix.
Constitute the mixture to 20 meat ball.
Surveillance meat balls in a flat baking mold.
Bake the meatballs for 15 minutes or until meatballs heated to a temperature of 180 C, offering meat balls with your favorite sauce.

Amount would be enough: 8 members
Preparation time: 45 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
