Sambousek cheese



Ingredients
2 cups flour
½ tablespoon sugar
½ tablespoon of yeast
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup vegetable oil
½ cup of water

Two types of fillers:
1 cup of white cheese

How to prepare
Mix all dry ingredients together, then add the oil and water. Mix the dough until it becomes smooth. Cover the dough with a plastic bag and put in a warm place to double the size of the dough.
Cut the dough into small balls and stuffed with food and one spoon of cheese. Dough forms a semicircle shape.
Bake in hot oven at a temperature of 180 C to acquire the golden brown.

Amount would be enough: 6 to 8 members
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 15 to 20 minutes
