Ingredients
4 chicken breasts without bone and skin, cut into small cubes
2 eggs
½ cup of flour mixed-use
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Oil, for reddening
Ketchup, for submission
How to prepare
The oil is heated to a temperature of 170 C.
Soak chicken in milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
Put flour into a large bag and breadcrumbs in another bag.
Put chicken cubes in flour and shake until overspread with flour from all sides.
Then dip chicken cubes in scrambled eggs and then lifted and placed in breadcrumbs and then shake again.
fry it in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes, then transported to the tray lined with kitchen towels.
Served with ketchup.
