Ingredients
½ cup of flour, plus more for coverage
½ cup corn flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon dry mustard
½ cup of milk
1 egg
5 to 7 blocks of hot dogs Sticks
Vegetable oil, for reddening
How to prepare
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan at a temperature of 170 Celsius.
In a medium bowl, mix flour, corn flour, baking soda, salt, sugar and dry mustard. Add the egg and milk, blending the mixture well.
Sticks intervention inside the hot dogs, covered with flour, then dip in the milk mixture.
Fry hot dogs in a deep frying pan until golden in color.
