Scallop Chicken



Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, skinned and bone
½ cup flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
2 cloves of garlic, minced
¼ cup of apple cider vinegar
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Oil, for reddening

How to prepare
