Chocolate mousse



Ingredients
1 ½ cup marshmallow candy small size
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
275 grams of chocolate a few high-quality sugar, chopped
¼ cup of hot water
1 cup of whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to prepare
Placed marshmallow candy, butter, chocolate and water in a heavy saucepan over low heat until all ingredients melt.
Remove mixture from heat and stir.
In the meantime, precious fail and vanilla until the mixture thickens.
Stones added to the chocolate mixture and stir until the mixture becomes a smooth texture.
Chocolate mousse was hurt in the 4 to 6 cups to ¾ cup.
Chocolate mousse is placed in the refrigerator for one hour to two hours or can be dealt with directly.
