Giant double chocolate cookies



Ingredients
125 grams of sugar a few chocolate chips
1 cup flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter 
½ cup of brown sugar
¼ cup of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg cool
1 cup of chocolate chips

How to prepare
Melt 125g of chocolate in a water bath.
Mix flour,Baking soda, cocoa powder,  and salt in a bowl.
Mix butter and sugar using qualitative blender, then add the melted chocolate.
Add eggs and vanilla to the mixture and gradually add the dry ingredients.
After whisking well, add the chocolate chips and mix again.
Scooping dough ice cream spoon in baking tray for 15 to 18 minutes.
Transfer cookies to rack to cool .
