Soft chocolate biscuits



Ingredients
220 grams of precious cheese, at room temperature
100 grams of butter, at room temperature
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package (500 g weight) of a mixture moist chocolate cakes
Icing Sugar, to spray

How to prepare
Heat oven to a temperature of 170 Celsius.
Mix cheese stones and butter in a large electric mixer bowl size until the mixture becomes smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix cakes and stir. Cover the mixture and keep in the refrigerator for two hours to hold together so that it can singled out the dough into balls.
A chilled dough into balls the size tablespoon, then roll the balls in powdered sugar.
Biscuits placed in a greased baking tray is at a distance of 2 inches between each one and the other. Bake biscuits for 12 minutes, must remain soft biscuits.
Cools completely biscuits and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
